We offer tailored interview training sessions designed to meet your specific needs. Our sessions are led by experienced interviewers, including former Principals, Independent Interview Assessors, Coaches, Mentors, and HR professionals.

Our personalised approach draws on our extensive experience in interviewing teachers and supporting Interview Boards in selecting the best candidates. We will work with you to:

• Understand what the school is looking for
• Assess how you meet those requirements
• Familiarise you with the interview structure
• Prepare for common interview questions

We recommend at least two One-to-One Interview Training sessions, available either in person or online. Each session costs €175 and lasts about one hour.
