Individual Interview Preparation Coaching
We offer tailored interview training sessions designed to meet your specific needs. Our sessions are led by experienced interviewers, including former Principals, Independent Interview Assessors, Coaches, Mentors, and HR professionals.
Our personalised approach draws on our extensive experience in interviewing teachers and supporting Interview Boards in selecting the best candidates. We will work with you to:
- Understand what the school is looking for
- Assess how you meet those requirements
- Familiarise you with the interview structure
- Prepare for common interview questions
- Help you present yourself effectively
We recommend at least two One-to-One Interview Training sessions, available either in person or online. Each session costs €175 and lasts about one hour.
Our goal is to enhance your understanding of what the Interview Panel seeks and to help you present yourself in the best light. Each session is customised to your needs, and we’ll work together to develop your interview strategies. We’ll teach you how to frame your answers and highlight your strengths. You can also opt for a Mock Interview at the end, complete with personalised feedback.
Our ultimate aim is to boost your confidence going into the interview.

Interview Preparation Webinar for Primary and Post-Primary Teachers
We have a unique approach to interview preparation, arming you with the perspective of the Interview Panel, helping you to understand the elements of the interview that are within your control and giving you the confidence to anticipate questions and scenarios.
Our team are experienced Principals who have interviewed extensively for their own schools and who have acted as independent assessors on Interview Selection Boards.
Our focus is on assisting you to develop awareness of your skills and competences and helping you to convince the Interview Selection Committee that you should be considered for appointment.
We have knowledge of the questions that are most frequently asked and of the types of answers that will score higher points. Of even greater help to you though, will be the insights we will give you into how you can make a very positive impression on the Interview Selection Board from the moment you are called to interview to the moment you leave the interview room.
